Terrible service. Never got food, had to get money back. And leave
Why every experience I have here is a different level of bad, I'll never know. Slow service even when you use the app, then they put you in a spot to wait for 30 minutes, or they just forget about you completely and you have to go inside. Tonight we've been here for 40 minutes waiting for our order while people who got here after us got theirs already? Do not go here. If I wanted to wait this long I'd just go to DQ down the street and the food is better.
Painfully slow. Calling this “fast food” is generous. A simple McDonald’s order shouldn’t take this long. If you’re in any kind of hurry, go somewhere else.
