I wish I could give zero to this location. Ordered nuggets and small fries but end up getting medium fries only. This is not the first time it happened to me in this location. I recommend not to go to this location. Bad service.

The entire staff needs to be reevaluated from top to bottom. Over half an hour every tile but this time by far the worst. The point where my wife has to go in to the restaurant, wait to be helped in an empty lobby, then find out or order has been sitting on the damn counter cold with no intention of figuring out which order it is. Manager on duty should be ashamed and let go.

Just left and I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and didn’t even get the sandwich right. The chicken was old and no tomatoes on it. Also I ordered 2 Oreo shakes and was given 2 apple pies. Ten bucks spent just to get 4 dollars worth of product and a 1 dollar cookie. Also I felt bad for the young girl working the window cause the understaff couldn’t call anyone in to help or someone could have stocked the ice cream machine but refused to do it. Worst McDonald’s visit ever.

All tables were dirty, even asking for them to clean they only threw trash away and did not wipe any of them clean. The fries were like day old soggy and not fresh. The management and staff were very rude and unprofessional. The establishment also smelled as if it had not been cleaned. Very unhappy!

Every time I come here I'm parked and have to wait at least 20 minutes for my food. Kinda defeats the purpose of fast food.Update: never got my food at all this time. Won't be returning.
Food was aight, it’s McDonald’s. I order an iced coffee w/out ice. They gave me hot coffee. It’s not even the same thing iced coffee is made in the back and brewed and hot coffee is just made with the coffee pot. lazy.

This is my honest opinion. What I see is that priority is given to drive through and not to the people waiting. I eat there often because I grew up during the decade when McDonald's was the thing but it is slowly going down the drain. The kids working there are excellent and kids will do as they're told which means that management is not doing their job like they are supposed to.

we ordered doordash because we arent feeling well. we ordered the deal of 20 nuggets, 2 medium fries, and 2 cheeseburgers. first off they forgot our straws.. whatever. then forgot one medium fry and gave us no sauces!
