Miss Layla was incredible, only employee working & still got a huge order out in almost no time. Appreciate her being a very kind & professional individual. Thanks for the great service today.
I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at the Subway on 866 N. Union! The moment I walked in, I was blown away by how crystal clean, beautifully organized, and incredibly inviting the entire store was.
Alvin greeted me right away with such professionalism and warmth, asking how he could be of service. Then I was helped by ‘CD’, whose genuine smile and friendly energy made the whole visit even better. She was such a joy to talk to, so welcoming and attentive!!

Subway is a restaurant known for its delicious and tasty food, as expressed by customers. The service is exceptional, with the new manager making a significant improvement in the store's cleanliness and overall experience. She cares about freshness and presentation, ensuring the produce is always fresh and the sandwiches are made perfectly. Staff are friendly and helpful, with the manager being super friendly and very accommodating. The sandwich-making process is efficient, with options available for ordering ahead of time. The restaurant is clean and bright, with a standout Philly sandwich that has been highly praised. While some areas may need improvement, such as the floor tiles by the drink machine, and customer service could occasionally be faster, this Subway location is highly recommended. Many customers have given it 5-star reviews and plan to return regularly.
