“I have to give this location 5 stars for the effort of the employee working today he was alone during a lunchish - dinner rush. Was it a long wait time yes, did people leave because of it? also yes. But that is ok he was friendly, attentive and did his best for the circumstances.I read these reviews and honestly I can sympathize with other customers but you can't blame the employees. You can only blame the owners if the owners don't care then neither will the employees. I've worked in customer service for 7 years and I feel like most people forget happy employees make happy customers. So if you're upset about the service and cleanliness blame the owners.This employee did his best! Could the owner have jumped in to help their team yes! But did they? Absolutely not! and it shows with all these negative reviews. Show passion for your business and compassion to your employees and maybe this location will become a favorite location here in Castle Rock.Do better.“
“Amazing experience. Positive attitude and service with a smile. I didn't catch any employee names but they deserve a raise. A line out the door did not deter them from focusing on each and every guest with great hospitality. Would give 10 stars if possible“
