“Had a great meal at this Jimmy John’s. Very fast and clean, the food was delicious and exactly what we ordered, and the service was friendly.
I was surprised by the low review scores, but I think that must’ve been under prior management. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Worst ever customer service. Manager Joe refused to refund ticket after waiting 1hr 20 min for food. then the driver stated he left food at the door. Which we never discovered. The Manager told my wife that it was her problem. We did not receive food or a refund. we will be contacting the GM and the cooperate office in regards to the unacceptable customer services...“

“I have to give this location 5 stars for the effort of the employee working today he was alone during a lunchish - dinner rush. Was it a long wait time yes, did people leave because of it? also yes. But that is ok he was friendly, attentive and did his best for the circumstances.I read these reviews and honestly I can sympathize with other customers but you can't blame the employees. You can only blame the owners if the owners don't care then neither will the employees. I've worked in customer service for 7 years and I feel like most people forget happy employees make happy customers. So if you're upset about the service and cleanliness blame the owners.This employee did his best! Could the owner have jumped in to help their team yes! But did they? Absolutely not! and it shows with all these negative reviews. Show passion for your business and compassion to your employees and maybe this location will become a favorite location here in Castle Rock.Do better.“

“Taking my mother out for dinner tonight and walking in at 7:50pm, not realizing they closed at 8; due note- I hate walking into a restaurant or store before it closes when everyone is ready to go home after a long day, having been in the hospitality industry in my younger years, I know what thats like lol. But Page, and Im sorry but I forgot the name of the other young gentlemen working there tonight, were awesome. After cleaning up and getting ready to leave for the night, they welcomed us in and made some of the best subs in this town. Thank you guys, much appreciation.“
