Worst ever customer service. Manager Joe refused to refund ticket after waiting 1hr 20 min for food. then the driver stated he left food at the door. Which we never discovered. The Manager told my wife that it was her problem. We did not receive food or a refund. we will be contacting the GM and the cooperate office in regards to the unacceptable customer services...
My husband ordered food for delivery for my sons while at a wrestling tournament. its been over an hour and management refuses to refund my money because the 'driver was already out for delivery.' The manager also refused to provide any contact information for the general manager. It's unfortunate that we have to escalate it to contacting corporate. Try the new roast beef & cheddar cheese with horse-radish- it is SO good! Toasted or not, you'll love it. My new fav!
