Sandwich Shops near Monument

“I love the sandwiches at Jersey Mike's Subs and normally the service is very good. During my last visit, they asked if I wanted to use my rewards points for the sandwiches. When I tried to use them, it did not work correctly. The employee called who I assume was the manager, and the response I received was basically that I needed to know how to do it myself rather than them helping me through the process.

After I got home, I called customer service, and they were very helpful. They apologized, explained how the rewards system works, and helped me understand what to do in the future.

The food is still great, but I hope the in-store customer service and training improve regarding the rewards program.“

“I was hesitant to stop at this Jimmy John's because of all the bad reviews, but I had time constraints and it was the closest. I came here around noon on a Saturday. The employee working the register was having some issues, another person who I suspect might have been the manager helped them. No big deal. Sandwiches were great. It was fast. Everything you expect from Jimmy John's.“

“Cheba Hut on InterQuest is honestly one of my favorite spots in Colorado Springs! Great atmosphere, great food, friendly crowd, and just good vibes all around. Everyone is always smiling, and the whole place feels so welcoming and comfortable that it keeps pulling me back like a magnet!

Another thing I really appreciate is how clean they keep everything, especially the bathrooms. Always spotless, and plenty of them! The online trivia is also a huge plus.

Big thanks to the entire team and management for making this place what it is. And a special shout-out to Kaylin and Tako, two of the best bartenders in Colorado Springs! You guys are awesome!

“Food came out kinda slow, about 30mins but it’s understandable as a new spot so I ain’t complaining. All the staff was super nice

Food was FIRE THO, tres leche pancakes killed and was enough to share, it’s a very heavy dish.
I also got the Pio slam and that was a solid classic breakfast. My wife got the steak omelet and that was fire, def coming back to try the sandwiches.“

I got a pastrami Ruben on the gluten free bun due to an allergen and it was amazing, I got a small portion on my bun and filled me up perfectly for lunch, we got our kiddo Mac and cheese and fruit cup and he loved it too, lastly my partner got the chicken fiesta sandwich medium and he also greatly enjoyed his full sandwich too!!“
