I go here quite a bit, and I will say, the service is usually good. So I appreciate that! However, there have been at least 3 times when they have gotten my order wrong. Based on convenience I’ve just eaten the sandwich that was given. My issue today was that I was charged one price, but given something that was not correct and $2 cheaper than what my card was charged. Not sure why this location has gone down hill so badly…delivery service used to be great. Now no different than any other place maybe even worse. Drivers are entitled and rude wait at door for tip even when it’s a leave at door order with a tip ALREADY included. Last delivery took 45 minutes and never even got a notification it was dropped off. F on service. Food is good but way overpriced. Do better.

Because the Monument Jimmy Johns is soooooo bad, we have started going out of our way to go to this JJs. Pleased with the decision. This morning I walked in and was greeted promptly and respectfully by two young gentlemen. I ordered almost as soon as I walked in and my food was ready in about two minutes (maybe three). As they handed me my food they wished me a wonderful day. I'll be back.If anyone reads this and still goes to the Monument Jimmy Johns, you deserve what you get.
