The Northgate location is doing a FANTASTIC JOB with the $1 promotion! The line was slightly out the door when I went about 30 minutes ago but it moved along quickly and the subs were made F.A.S.T.

I went in for $1 sub for customer appreciation day. I almost freaked with how fast it was. There was a line when I showed up, but even with the line, I was in and out in 3 minutes. I went to fill my soda and before I even finished, they called my name!
This is my favorite JJ's location. Drive thru is quick. Employees are always super friendly. Bread is always fresh. Food is made correctly and is consistently good. I probably grab a sandwich here once a week and I always have a great experience. It all starts with hiring good people so tip of the cap to the person doing the hiring here.

Jimmy John's provides good food, including the Jalapeño Ranch Chicken Wrap, and decent service. The staff is usually friendly and respectful, greeting customers promptly and wishing them a wonderful day. However, there have been instances of incorrect orders and billing issues, which can be frustrating for customers. Despite this, the restaurant's convenience and generally good service make it a popular choice.
