Based on the reviews, Jersey Mike's Subs is known for having hands down the best subs with the perfect amount of seasoning, oil, and optimal shredded lettuce. The sandwiches are always good, including the hot Italian and the chicken philly, though the cheese on the philly was not fully melted. However, the service and cleanliness are inconsistent. Some visits have very good service with employees who are super nice, super sweet, and very attentive, even changing gloves without hesitation and cleaning the floor. Other visits have consistently rude employees who wear headphones while making food and have questionable personal hygiene. The rewards program caused issues when an employee and a manager were unhelpful, but customer service was very helpful in explaining the system. Management has reached out to address the situation with staff regarding the rewards program and poor customer service. The cleanliness of the store, front line, and lobby has also been noted as not good.
