“I am giving 5 stars cuz the food is always fresh and the workers are great. Lonnell was very professional. On a side note I would like the manager to know that the sink in the men's room only has hot water, which would not be an issue if it was winter but it's the middle of July and it was literally 102 degrees today. And the hot water sprays out like a fire hose and causes the water to hit the caulk that is holding the sink to the wall. So it does appear that the sink is going to fall into you at any moment. A little frightening. Not a huge deal but just thought it was worth mentioning.“

“Well, the sandwiches are still good but nothing like Jimmy John's. It is a great location as you could finish your grocery shopping and have a quick bite right there and then. Environment ok, may be they should add a couple of tvs to bring a little bit of cheer!“
“Best Customer Service Ever! Absolutely love this location. Before Covid started we frequently visited this location, but what I am throughly impressed with is the team ability to remain upbeat during the change. They always greet you with a warm welcome even if you can’t see them smile with their mask on. Even signing up for rewards was an awesome experience filled with excitement and willing to go the extra mile! I love this team! Tonight my husband went to pick up our sandwiches and our FAVORITE team member who has learned my sandwich order by heart wrote a sweet hello on my sandwich. Legit biggest smile ever crossed my face tonight. I seriously couldn’t have asked for a nicer form of kindness and 100% why I love this Jimmy John’s. Angie is extremely helpful, always kind and welcoming and always displays the best customer service. Thank you for making my night ❤️“

“I must've gotten lucky considering the other reviews which are Not great for this location. My first (& thus far only) time here i was treated exceptionally well by a very professional proficient expert sandwich maker named Adam. I don't usually go to these types of shops as i am.older and picky abt my food. That said Adam was superb at taking my order and getting it just right. He truly had the Christmas Spirit. Thank You Kindly dear Adam. I wish You God's blessings.“

“The sandwiches are always quality here, but I had a favorite made a different way a couple of times- but the current manager I talked to- Tyler, knocked my experience out of the park! He made sure it was remade to the first experience that brought me back, and even elevated the whole experience.
