Always get good service here
Honestly just not a good experience every time I have gone. The sandwiches are always super messy… I order a simple sandwich. & we just placed a delivery order & it took over an hour & the sandwiches were soggy & cold by the time they got to us. Tried to call the store & we got no answer so we just had to wait around. Delivery times just kept changing & no status updates were correct. Just super frustrating… we got hangry!
Alicia and Jayona have the best customer service. The sandwiches are delicious.

Subway at Illif and Buckley has shown improvement with better service and friendly staff. One of the workers, Sheree, greeted customers with a smile and was very helpful in assisting them with their sandwich choices. Despite some minor hiccups with new staff members, the overall experience remained positive. The store was noted for being nice and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The sandwich quality was good, even if a bit messy. Another location on Mississippi and Buckley also stood out for the hardworking and focused staff, although there were some issues with one particular employee. Catering services have been praised for offering extremely fresh sandwiches and outstanding customer service, enhancing special occasions like birthday celebrations. Overall, Subway seems to be a decent option for a quick and satisfying meal, with customers enjoying their visits frequently.
