it's McDonald's I don't expect much already but there's this little employee that charged me extra food, I got a cousin that works here he said he does it then pockets the money if you ask for a change in your order, told them to give me my money back cause I didn't order the extra food and he refused to give me a refund? I want him fired NOW
On 12/06/23 I placed an order and instead of medium fries they gave me small fries. Granted its just fries but I expect they get your order right, and I wasn't asking for free food. I called the store and explained my situation to the employee the employee SHE said come in anytime or day and we can replace the two medium fries you didn't get. Well went today 01/09/24 and they didn't have a report or any record of my call. I spoke to a manager and she told me go park in lot 3....read full review

This this McDonald's has the worst service ever! The first three times I went there they got my order wrong. Just one thing I ordered and they couldn't get it right. Then I ordered three things. They got two of them wrong. If you go inside be prepared to wait because all they care about is the drive-thru people.
