I ordered food online and i think this was one of the best meals I've had. I felt bad for ordering so late but they did not skimp out on the quality thank you team who is working late you guys did amazing!!
I come to this Wendy's all the time but this time it stood out a lot in a positive way. Whoever was on shift July 25th 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Mountain Time, they need to be the ones that train the rest of the staff that work any other shifts.

I love Wendy’s, however this place always ends up forgetting items. I had placed an order a few weeks ago for 2 orders of chicken nuggets (10 and 6) and I only ended up getting 6 pieces. I got no refund. And right now I had to wait over 30 minutes to get just 10 nuggets. Seriously understaffed. 👎

Fantastic customer service and the food is always good. If you're lucky, you might encounter a helpful staff member like Scott, who can make the experience smoother. One customer mentioned a drive-thru experience, noting that the interaction was okay until they handed over the food and smiled, which made their day. The chicken was particularly praised, with one customer describing it as the best they've had from a Wendy's. Additionally, the restaurant remembered the sour cream and butter for a baked potato, and the spicy chicken sandwich was noted as hot and done to perfection.
