The place on Google says that it closes around 10:30pm, I arrived at 9:00pm and they told me that they are closed, the point is Alameda, it is a lack of respect for customers.

The new drink machine, which is dispenses my favorite types of drinks had only 1 flavor. How is that possible? The chip selection was only 3 flavors. That's just crazy to me. I have been there twice in the last month and it was the same both times. Time to either pick it up or shut it down.

Poor customer service and they don't know how to read orders when they come through door dash. If it says toasted why are the subs coming with the cheese coming off the sub if they're toasted?? And the chicken is cold TO THE CORE, but it's toasted. They say they don't have a certain bread and instead of calling and asking what to replace it with or any of that they just choose what bread to go with.

Went to get 2 subs. Didn't have herb and cheese bread. Said the Guacamole was frozen. Bread must not have been too fresh because it was breaking apart when we unwrapped it. Back-ground music was too loud for me to understand what the young fellow was asking most of the time. Had to have him repeat himself a lot. Used to get a great sandwich there in the past. Think it will be awhile before I return. Don't get takeout much anyway to to the economy related price increases.

Ordered online showed up on time they said the food was ready and noticed I was there for curbside pickup but after 10 minutes went in didn't get some of our food until 30 minutes of waiting then was told they didn't have the extras that we ordered. Never an apology or anything for this whole mixed up day. The two hot sandwiches were cold and the cold was soggy due to the sauce that was put on it. Very didn't and I think I will try one more subway near me but if I have a bad experience with that one then you all can have their food because I can make better ones at home or go-to firehouse.

Honestly, I have been let down severely at illif and Buckley. Came here today and I am literally shocked at the difference. Came out late at 9:30. Wasn’t rejected service like at illif for the time. Jose was awesome and treated us kindly and professional. His attitude and the sandwich made me realize there’s still hope great people out there.

The girl at the counter didn't speak English so I couldn't place my order, brilliant job by the manager. Won't eat subway
This set of employees here today is rude. The girl with the purple hair looked at me like I was stupid for asking her to not let the bread toast for the full 8 seconds, the first 2 sandwiches was burnt around the edges. Then I asked the guy that built the sandwiches if I could have fresh lettuce and tamato. I come in often and the lettuce and tamato never looked like they did. You know how old tamato looks? They clearly dis not do fist in first out, but anyway he said you want what? I said fresh tamato and lettuce and he didn't like that.whatever happened to good customer service? Is that not a thing anymore?

Subway used to be great you always got a lot of stuff on your sandwich i ho there this time and they put 2 pieces of turkey on my sandwich had to ask them for double they put 2 more pieces if this is how they're going to makethere sandwiches Hardly any meat even when you ask for double I'm gonna start going to a different place like Chiba hut where they put lots of meat on your sandwich And try to tell me that their yellow and white cheese was monterella I never seen Monterella cheese that was yellow
