“only been here once..but had the philly with double meat...was very good! placed order online - had it ready when i got there less than 10 minutes later...gentleman inside was very friendly..oh and found a coupon online that made it affordable.“

“Staff member at counter was very friendly and helpful. Can't remember his name, but it was July 20, server 2364. Food was fine. Bathroom was clean. 16th. street is a big mess, so you have to search a bit for this place. Whole mall area is kind of uninspiring.“

“We frequent Subway, it's tradition to go after music festivals. We've been in subways all over the country and all hours of the day and night. Subway is very nostalgic for us. We've had bad experiences, but NOT here!This was by far the best Subway experience I've ever had. Angela was friendly and knowledgeable, all around great customer service. They also had these great little baskets if you ate inside, never been given one of those before! Our food was hot but not over toasted, ingredients tasted fresh, even the drinks were crisp and correct (sometimes cherry coke is too much cherry not enough coke, but today it was great). What a great way to start the New Year!“

“I worked around the corner and I was always swamped with work. Eventually, I would take a few minutes to run to the corner and grab a sandwich. Not one time, not ONE time, was I ever forced to go somewhere else, or huff and puff and check my watch obsessively. I walked in the door, they greeted me, they made my sandwich within 1 minute of my arrival, and I was back out the door within 6-10 min tops. Plus, they are fun and easy going employees and I appreciate that.I say four stars in atmosphere only due to the location, which can be a little nutty at times. You’ll have the occasional transient causing a problem or screaming out front of the store on the streets, but that’s life. Plus, I saw an employee handle that right away one time. Walked outside, asked them to move up the street and away from the door, and kept it low key. The guy did as asked and that was that. No big deal.Store was clean and I’m sorry I’m not there as often but it is only because I don’t work downtown any longer.“

“The people who work here are usually very kind and fast, but I was just in there and the manager came out and started scolding the girl making my sandwich about not being “upbeat” enough directly in front of me. When the girl got defensive the manager acted like it was weird for her to. Very unprofessional to have those conversations where customers can hear. Especially because the girl making my sandwich was very nice and doing a good job. As someone who managed people I would never ever do that in front of customers. How embarrassing.“

“This Subway location is conveniently located just prior to entering security screening at the Denver Airport. I had an early flight and decided to grab a sub prior to entering security. The service was outstanding and the attendant was very courteous. My sub was made exactly the way I wanted it, and tasted delicious.
