The girl who served me was very rude! She insisted that I did not request for the bread to be toasted when in fact I did. I specifically told her "yes, please" when she asked if I wanted the bread to be toasted. If that sounded like "no" to her I suggest that she get a hearing aide. In fact, she kept telling me that I did not tell her I wanted the bread toasted in an argumentative tone and in my defense I kept telling her I definitely did request the bread to be toasted.
