My husband and I are staying at a hotel 8 minutes away. We ordered last night and it took them 35+ minutes AFTER the food was picked up to deliver. The food was COLD, completely hard and cold. I complained and a manager called me first thing the next day. Apparently our food was picked up by door dash. They redelivered the order and it was HOT, fresh and delicious. Ordered pizza for delivery in the app. 50 minutes later called the store and were told by an associate that our order hasn’t left because the driver was waiting for another order that went in the same direction.Papa John’s store is 7 minutes away from our hotel on the same road. This is unacceptable!

Been getting pizza here pretty much weekly for over a year now. Consistently good in an area where everyone else is consistently bad. Seems all the bad reviews are about delivery. I only do carryout.
