The customer service reps over the phone are completely and unapologetically rude. They are defensive and confrontational for no absolute reason before I even had a chance to state my issue. I was hung up on twice, insulted, and all for what?! It’s ridiculous!! The only reason I’m leaving a review is because there is no manager available speak with ever. Apparently everyone who answers the phone has that title. They should really consider treating their customers with respect...read full review

The service and quality is just horrible at this location. I won’t not recommend to anyone. Long waits and we still do not receive our entire order. And their customer service is horrible. They even threatened us when we brought our concerns to them.

Ordered here for our last night in Colorado. Food showed up on time and the delivery guy was nice, but once we opened the pizza box it was pure disappointment. The pizza looked like it had been baked with half the pizza with nothing on it, then once my daughter started eating the cheese sticks she found them to not be fully cooked.At least they were nice enough to give us a refund, but now we’re going to order food from somewhere else.
