The reviews here are correct. The people working there seem like they would like to be anywhere else then doing their job. My pizza was like warm when I picked it up right when they said it was going to be ready. It was somehow semi burnt and I ended up getting sick later that night. I would not ever suggest anyone order from this place. Papa John’s in general seems to have gone downhill and is very over priced for what it is.

My husband and I are staying at a hotel 8 minutes away. We ordered last night and it took them 35+ minutes AFTER the food was picked up to deliver. The food was COLD, completely hard and cold. I complained and a manager called me first thing the next day. Apparently our food was picked up by door dash. They redelivered the order and it was HOT, fresh and delicious. I've never had such a quick resolution and appreciated the re do. We will be back in a few months and this will be our go to location. Thank you to the manager Megan and staff who was very nice on the phone when I wasn't too happy originally.

Not sure how to rate the food as it never got to us. Ordered a timed delivery and when it never showed up we called and she answered and put me on hold without saying a word so i called back because it was 1 hour late to cancel and she hung up on me. Lets cross my fingers that I actually get my refund. Id name her but she said maybe 3 words to me and her name wasnt one, maybe bc she knows her service sucks!!!!!!!!

Never got my delivery. They automatically sent my order to a different cities that’s counties away and charged for it. I agreed for them to use my location for delivery and they delivered it 40 mins north to a hotel and I live in a house…. Not sure what I missed but I had to make 2

Insufferable morons making your food. The ability to read or understand simplistic instructions such as the word "extra" when making food. I paid for extra cheese the past couple times and apparently they're just pocketing the extra cash....About 6 or 8 months ago I had a similar issue and the manager said that she'd remake it and put a free pie in our account (of which, I was appreciative). This time, another manager wouldn't even listen to me (she hung up on me), and so I went to the location where I was immediately told to "calm down" despite me being in the middle of my first word. I didn't even get to explain my predicament and provide context for my dissatisfaction. I was then given the choice to have the same halfwits remake the pie or get my money back.They have apes running this location

Ordered pizza for delivery in the app. 50 minutes later called the store and were told by an associate that our order hasn’t left because the driver was waiting for another order that went in the same direction.Papa John’s store is 7 minutes away from our hotel on the same road. This is unacceptable!

Called yesterday to order a pizza and the lady on the phone seemed very irritated that I wanted to place an order. When I went to give her my address she kept pausing and it was a dead silence then she would ask me to repeat the address again and again.. Sad cause I like papa Johns pizza, never had an issue with the delivery drivers just yesterday was the worst experience ever. I know places are under staffed and over worked at least show some interest that you wanna be there. I ended up telling the lady we’re gonna order pizza from somewhere else.
