“I’ve been coming here since the first owner had it and this place never disappoints! I always love getting their Trifongo con pollo a la plancha. (Mashed plantains with grilled chicken breast). Their food is always good and their servers are really nice. They serve everything from Puerto Rican food to Cuban and honduran food. This is a great place to go if you want to try authentic Latin cuisine.Parking: There’s plenty of parking spots because this restaurant is located in a shopping center.“
“I got to say it wasn’t a quick but good things rarely are. The mofongo con tripleta was really on point and was the best I’ve had since having it in Puerto Rican neighborhoods in Chicago. The empanada was flakey and the beef was moist and spiced perfect. Coming again when I’m back in the Springs for sure sure.“
“OMG, delicious! I moved here 4 years ago from New York City and didn't think I would find good Dominican or Puertorican food. Pedacito Boricua didn't disappoint. Que Rico! We had Cuban sandwiches, chicharon de pollo, arroz blanco ensalad, and tostones. And I couldn't leave without my cafecito, and templeque.“
“This is by far the best authentic Puerto Rican food I have had in Colorado Springs. It's a very family friendly environment and it reminds me of how life should be lived. Btw I'm not Puerto Rican, however I am from New York and lived in Puerto Rico for two years.“
