Del Lago is a master class in service. Wow! This is what you expect from a Broadmoor restaurant, but it is truly poetry in motion. The food was so good. Swordfish was light, flaky and came with a great spinach/potato side. The tiramisu was lovely, and their espresso excellent! Worth the price for a wonderful experience.
A trip to Denver and to The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs brought us to this restaurant in a stunningly beautiful setting surrounded by mountains, big trees and a lake. We walked in and sat out on the terrace looking over the lake and ordered a pasta dish and a swordfish dish. Complimentary bread was served first followed by our meals. The food was great, cooked and seasoned well, nothing to complain about. Overall a nice meal in a beautiful setting.
Ristorante Del Lago has a beautiful, very well-lit atmosphere, and the main courses definitely hit the mark. The pasta dish was absolutely perfect, and the chicken breast was incredibly fresh. Our server was super nice, attentive, and even gave us some great recommendations for local Jamaican joints, which was an awesome touch.
