“We stopped in after visiting the zoo. Waitress was patient with all of us and my son who took a bit to decide. She continually checked on us. Drinks didn't empty and she would check on us often. Food was excellent. Olive Garden is one of the few that has portion sizes large enough to fill you. My son didnt want salad or soup so she brought him grapes.“

“Love this place and the awesome owners, who are always on-site making the best pizza in town! We personally love the thin crust pizza with alfredo, green peppers and sausage. Their taco pizza is also wicked good. These folks not only know how to make some fantastic pizza, but understamd the importance of customer service. When an error was made on a recent order, they went above and beyond to make it right, and did so with a smile. It was clear we were valued as customers. Places like this are hard to find. So glad they are in the Springs!“

“We walked in for the first time and Koby was absolutely phenomenal! He was so kind offering suggestions and talking up different menu items. He checked on us multiple times while we were in to see if we needed anything as well. The food was also delicious! I ordered the Alfredo and my husband got the lasagna. Both were great! I also took some gelato to go which was also top notch! Between the great food and even better customer service, we will definitely be back!“

I had to fight getting the sandwich of the day, a Ruben, I've not had their Ruben before, but everything I've had from Mollicas is awesome, I was bummed I already planned dinner out. “I’ve been on the hunt for a traditional Italian restaurant for a very long time now. I am devastated that there’s been a great one here the entire time and I didn’t know about it. We went for NYE and I can’t tell you how happy I am that they had space last minute. Myself and two other adults tried three different unique drinks, all were amazing. We had three different pasta dishes, again, phenomenal. Then we proceeded to order dessert, which we never do, because we were so inspired by the food and drinks, how could we not try some traditional desserts?.. they were magical. So the food, drinks and dessert, all amazing, traditional flavors. The staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful. Overall I would give them 10 stars if I could.“

“We ate here last night and drove an hour to try it on the advise of friends who used to live in St. Louis. Our server Lilly was a complete joy. Our food was spectacular and we loved everything we ordered including the dessert, a pumpkin bread pudding with brioche bread and toffee syrup that was to die for. We are already planning our return and driving an hour for a dinner so amazing is nothing and you owe it to yourself to try it, you will find yourself also planning when you will return, it's that good!! “I'm in town for work and decided to grab a bite at one of the restaurants in my hotel. This was the first one I tried, and I absolutely loved it from the moment I walked in. The hostess was incredibly sweet and accommodating, and a gentleman who appeared to be the manager greeted me right away when I seemed a bit out of place waiting for a table switch—which they handled without hesitation. I wanted to be seated closer to the lake. I always start my restaurant ratings with the bread, and let me tell you, it was so good! I had to pace myself because I knew I'd be having pasta later. The ricotta and peach arugula salad special was divine, and while the cacio e pepe was a bit too cheesy for my taste, I'd still give it a solid 8/10. Overall, the ambiance, service, and food were a 9/10.“

“I worked with one of your employees, Gail, at a previous job. I ordered bread sticks. I ate lunch very religiously and was surprised to see her for a short time. Thank you to the nice employee who let her know I was eating there and wanted to chat. I can not say enough things about this employee“

“Good evening I just tried to eat a fine dinner of chicken and shrimp carbonara ! Well I got the chicken. I mention to my server, did this not come with shrimp? It was supposed to? Not happy at all because I kept waiting for this to be rectified and it was just more confusing then it was worth... Not today satan I left a great trip paid for the shrimp and left it all. Done with fine dining tonight. Yes, I am mad can you tell?“

On a whim, I decided I wanted pizza. BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE. This place is mind-blowingly out of this world. The absolute best pizza I've had in my entire 60 years of life. Every other pie will pale in comparison. They're crust is absolutely amazing. The sauce is perfection. Just an absolutely delicious experience. Loved, loved, loved their Caesar salad. And if you don't try the tiramisu before you leave, you're really missing out. They've got a large, well covered patio, which we sat at because we had our pup with us. “I have never been a pizza person. It's fine, but I'd pretty much rather have anything else. But this pizza? I dream about it. And the dog is sad because he no longer gets the crust. Sometimes the crust gets a little charred, but I actually like that better than when it's perfectly cooked. The sauce is perfection. If you order online, be prepared to wait an extra 5 minutes. Friendly staff, clean facility, and pizza that will turn the indifferent into dreamers!“

“From out of state and came here last week for a group event on the patio. AWESOME! Staff was so friendly and quick. Lots of beer on tap options and everyone's pizzas at the tables were off the chain good. You've got to love the stone-fire grilled pizza! Not sure why there are 1 star reviews on here except that marijuana is legal in CO. Don't listen to the haters and give this place a shot if you are local. I'm jealous.

“I stopped by here on my way to work, the pizza was light and crispy. It wasn't the best pizza but it was by no means bad, I liked the cheese they use. I also grabbed a pasta chicken Alfredo and it is flavorful and the portions are generous. The two ladies were keeping busy with is always a good thing to see, they were quick and polite. “This is long over due. Went there 1st time about a year ago and I had made a mistake ordering on the website I had placed 2 orders, I ordered and paid at the wrong store for pickup in denver. That being said management went above and beyond to get it corrected and got both families dinners done in a timely manner hot and fresh i was ordering for my family and taking one to another family!!! Since then bc of how great they were and it was my mistake we have gone back many many times and I have to say the atmosphere is awesome for a date the restaurant is always clean and the food tastes great and fresh....def recommend the chicken parm!!! Seriously go Check them out the prices are right and the food is awesome. Outstanding service and management really knows what they are doing! I am out of the army but still get dinners to take to my joes and families old habit and they all agree this place is awesome and close to Carson!“
