Pizza Hut in Colorado Springs

“We wanna give a shout out to the general manager Stacy for going up and beyond with her amazing hospitality & customers service we thank you for making everything right and making us feel welcome.
Last night we had a bad experience with the night supervisor/ manager we order and waited 2 hours before calling this store location to figure out what was going on with our pizza. Long story short the pizza never arrived the night supervisor was rude he hung up the phone on us. We spoke with the general manager this morning not only was she helpful she was very understanding. Thank you Stacy you rock.“

“This is the only Pizza Hut we order from. I order from delivery from them 2-3 times a month and we are never disappointed. I just wanted to highlight that I made a mistake last night yesterday with ordering online. I was so pleased with the young lady who answered the phone and how they escalated the issue once I called and explained the situation. The manager from last night was awesome as well. I still feel bad for causing the mishap but the way the team fixed it and my food came delicious and hot made my night. I just wanted to commend the night shift from last night!“

“They forgot some of my wings but after calling them expressed a sincere willingness to make it right and did exactly that. Also the food was really good so don’t listen to “Gigi” who gave a 2 star review because they got a tummy ache after eating way too much food; obviously thats not Pizza Hut’s fault, act like adults and show some restraint.“

“MY daughter and I come and pick up from here often, the staff is always friendly, food co.es.out perfect, and it's always been ready in time. This evening there was a problem with the system and the staff were attentive and polite, explained the situation and gave updates to everyone that was in the lobby it only was a few minutes but the customer service was on point!! Thank you to everyone for working so hard. Very happy customers.“

“Incredible service! I ordered online but had trouble locating the Pizza Hut. I decided to call the store for directions, and a helpful guy assist me. He provided fantastic directions from my location and was incredibly understanding, kind, and caring! I definitely plan to return. He mentioned he was the manager, but I didn't catch his name. If I had, I would have given him the recognition for this. Thank you!!“

“The pizza was good & so was the service. The toppings were more sparse than I am accustomed to and the pizza was thinner. That is most likely due to the reorganization the company did after closing so many stores. The bread sticks were overcooked and dark colored and almost burnt. I will order again, but if you want toppings, you’ll have to ask and probably pay more.“

“This location was clean, quiet & had excellent customer service! The manager Stacie was very kind, friendly & accommodating! My husband and I will surely be coming back she made it a great experience for us! Thank you Stacie 😁“

“Both as a customer and Dasher, I have mad respect for this location. They remain consistently busy and usually only have 1-2 staff on site. They seemed to be under staffed today with only 1 worker. As I waited for my order, she came out with both hands full of fulfilled orders up to her forehead. She's a Rockstar for getting all that done! The staff is generally always friendly.“
