Pizza Hut in Colorado Springs

“I love finding a pizza hut with a dining room. The space was clean, open, and inviting. The kiosk was straightforward when ordering.

It did take a while for the pizza to come out, so expect to wait 10-15 minutes for it to be ready. It was very hot and fresh.

The magic of pizza hut is the thick crust, but it was almost too thick to enjoy the toppings. It felt like I was eating only bread. I'll probably come back and get extra toppings but may also look for a new pizza place.“

“A nice little bit of nostalgia with the buffet and Luisa is an absolute rockstar! She treats every customer like they truly matter and she has amazing customer service skills. Give this woman a raise because she is looking out for your business in a way that every business owner hopes their employees do.“

“MY daughter and I come and pick up from here often, the staff is always friendly, food co.es.out perfect, and it's always been ready in time. This evening there was a problem with the system and the staff were attentive and polite, explained the situation and gave updates to everyone that was in the lobby it only was a few minutes but the customer service was on point!! Thank you to everyone for working so hard. Very happy customers.“

“Incredible service! I ordered online but had trouble locating the Pizza Hut. I decided to call the store for directions, and a helpful guy assist me. He provided fantastic directions from my location and was incredibly understanding, kind, and caring! I definitely plan to return. He mentioned he was the manager, but I didn't catch his name. If I had, I would have given him the recognition for this. Thank you!!“

“Update: we did email where they responded on this review and they are arranged for a full refund. It was more work than I prefer to put in, but they did make it right. And the food we did receive was good.

We ordered in the app. Our order included a Chicken Alfredo Pasta worth $12. We picked up the food and brought it home. Pasta was missing. Reached out by phone and they said they were out of pasta so they couldn't give us the thing we had ordered and paid for. Said they tried to call but my phone wasn't accepting calls (seems to be working just fine for everyone else) and they forgot to tell us during pickup. They included a tiny personal pan Chicken Alfredo pizza I guess to make up for the pasta. When I talked with them on the phone they said they could offer me a credit, but not a refund. I reached out thru Pizza Hut to get a refund and the GM said they couldn't give me a refund.

They took my money for a good (the pasta). They did not provide me with the good I paid for. They decided to keep my money which feels like theft to me. A credit is something I can only spend at Pizza Hut and only if I call in and remind them since I have nothing in writing. Money is something I can use anywhere so these are not equal in value. I would be happy to release them of the credit to get the money back for the pasta they said we could have by offering it as an option in the app and then did not provide. Unacceptable.“

“We always have a great experience at this location. Picked up another pizza for the weekend again yesterday and once again, Brittany helped us. She is always so welcoming and friendly!! This location is always spotless!!! That reason together with the fact that Brittany is so personable is why we drive to this location instead of the other location closer to our home. Keep up the great work and we will see you again soon :)“

“The pizza was good & so was the service. The toppings were more sparse than I am accustomed to and the pizza was thinner. That is most likely due to the reorganization the company did after closing so many stores. The bread sticks were overcooked and dark colored and almost burnt. I will order again, but if you want toppings, you’ll have to ask and probably pay more.“
