Pizza Hut in Aurora

“Got a pizza from this location last night and let's say it wasn't their best. I'm guessing it was rushed and as a result, was barely edible. I called them immediately afterwards and was given a credit to replace the one I got... Long story short, the next day we called to get the replacement, and the manager on shift, Cici, not only made it right, she made one of the best pizzas we've ever gotten from Pizza Hut... So I just wanted to thank her personally, and also put a review out there to remind any haters, the big chains may make mistakes from time to time, but keep in mind, there are still good people at these places, like Cici, who go above and beyond to make things right!“

“Placed an online order and it was delivered on time. Found my pizza was made incorrectly so I called the store and let them know. He was respectful and after confirming my number he added a drink as a extra for the inconvenience. This was also delivered on time and there were two drinks with the new pizza. The delivery driver was kind and refused my offer of the extra drink. It was quick, to the point, and no drama.“

“Stopped in spur of the moment to grab 2 large pizzas for dinner and the two employees were extremely polite, efficient, and even gave me a deal to make the 2 pizzas I came in for a better price and I walked out with a 2 litter of soda and breadsticks as well. The entrance was very clean and inviting and had cute fall and Halloween decor.“

“I am the President of Emergence Co, a non-profit hosting support groups for DV survivors. The ball was dropped for our first group's food, and one hour before starting, we realized we had nothing to serve. This location stepped up and donated 10 pizzas last minute for our survivors and their children. This took so much stress off of us and provided a comfort meal to women and children experiencing the most difficult times in their lives. Thank you so, so much! Not only for your generosity but also for the last-minute accommodations. We here at Emergence cannot thank you enough“

“You know….for a pizza place Pizza Hut has one of the best chicken wings (traditional) there is. It tastes better than most stores that only sells wings. Which is a shame for them. Pizzas are also delicious. Specially the pan crusts“

“Customer Service was great, and jordan in the back put together a masterpiece of a pie. I came in unsure about what pie i wanted to get and Noah behide the Counter helped me decide on what my friends & i ate for dinner. I don't do reviews on restaurants but i felt like i had to give the store a review it deserves.!“
