“The workers were nice enough. But I shouldn't have been asked to pull around the building to wait for just a biggie bag meal. Also, they gave me the wrong order. After I drove away I found a bacon burger when I ordered a crispy chicken, and sweet and sour sauce when I asked for BBQ.“
“I ordered on line for a specific pickup time and they gave my order away to someone else an hour and a half before I was suppose to pick it up and they were rude and refused to replace my order and m are me pay for another order and even then the food was cold.“
“I've visited this specific location a few times, and I enjoy it. The inside isn't too cluttered, cook times aren't awful, and the staff are very nice. The food itself is good, tasty quality.One of my favorite places to swing by for food, recommended. :)“
“I ordered the biggy six with jr bacon. Young man at xounter was very helpful. My burger bun was very dry almost stale tasting. Everything else was great. I love the soda machine options. My wife had I think the strawberry salad. Some of her chicken was very dry. She was happy as usual with the frosty.“

“I know it is fat food, I mean fast food, but I have to say that Wendy's used to be my favorite go to in a hurry. The chicken sandwich has gone down hill. The chicken breast used to be better and more authentic. The last time I got one, it was not the same and rubbery. The burgers are pretty good and my daughter loves their chicken nuggets (better than McDonald's) but still processed. Always love a chocolate frosty though.“
“My first time coming to this place, I pulled in the parking lot and had been fumbling around in my truck to find my wallet, as my 2 boys were screaming that they were hungry. One of the staff had come out and asked if we were ordering anything, I guess it was often that no customers would just loiter in the parking lot. I was just getting out, as me and my older son, who is 4, needed to use the restroom. I left my other boy with their dad in truck. Somehow I couldn't find the debit card I had earlier so I sat inside, frustrated, trying to set up my Google Pay with this lost-in-the-truck-card, after using the restroom. Thinking I had been successful linking my accounts I went to the register and placed an order. Which failed. Then failed again.. linked linked linked?? Nope. Another try and Nope. And out of no-where the gentleman at the register that evening pushed a bag full of food and two large cups towards me and said, "Don't worry about it, Ill tell manager". I'll never forget this man for his kindness. For that I rate this place all stars all day long. There's still good people in this world. Let's not forget to be kind.“

“I am was in a wheelchair van. I didn't have any issues with ordering. The cheese baked potato I had was as good as ever! Too bad they got rid of the broccoli and cheese baked potatoes. The Cobb salad I had was a little disappointing. No blue cheese crumbs or dressing. Without those two important elements, it can't be a Cobb salad. It was ok, but disappointing.I did have a cold brew coffee caramel. I asked it without ice, and I got it without ice. It was really good.If it wasn't for the missing CobbȚ cheese and dressing. “We were 3 old ladies out and about, ages 65-94. We were hungry. As we held onto each other and made out way slowly to the doors at Wendy's, we were surprised that a nice young lady came to open the doors for us. We took our time ordering, and the girl at the counter was patient. Smiling. Helpful. She helped us get everything we wanted, including pretzel hamburgers with everything, a baked potato with everything, and a sweet strawberry confection. When it came time to get the food to our booth, another young lady came out from behind the counter and carried Mom's food to our table, as she uses a cane. The food was magnificent. As we ate, one of the girls would come by the table like we were at a 5-star restaurant and check on us to make sure everything was okay. They even helped us pack up. All three of us have never been treated so well at a fast food restaurant. I highly recommend the food and the service at the Academy Blvd and Austin Bluffs Parkway location in Colorado Springs. It can be hard to get around and do things as you get older. I don't think we'll ever go anywhere else!
