“This store has never given me any issues. Mike today provided great service, and usually there is a very nice woman as well! Our food was hot and prepared well. Not a fan of the new sauces though, the old sweet and sour was a little better. I also was hoping the new Wendy's sauce would be as good as the original one back in the day... It's not, but that's okay! Ranch and barbecue are always great!“
“Had an amzing experience here today. I ended up ordering something for myself and a buddy and that came along with 2 orders of their new Cookie dough frosty. Unfortunatly when I went up to grab my order one of the frosties fell and an employee made us another.“
“Thank you to this Wendy's for picking up all the workload after so many around this area closed! The staff was friendly and professional, specially Chantal the young lady who took our order, she was knowledgeable and attentive! The food was hot and fresh! The restaurant was clean and had a great vibe, kudos to the manager for doing a great job!“
“The store was clean, the staff friendly, in the chili was hot. I was pleasantly surprised that they give you hot sauce with the chili now. Not sure when they started doing that but it made my day cuz I was the one thing that was always missing. The parking lot was easy in and out as well.“
“To be fair this is about a 3.5 stars for food, it just wasn't the best Wendy's burger I've ever had. The patty was a bit dry, although toppings were fresh and crispy. The bun was also a bit stale and the fries seemed like they had bene sitting for awhile. Not terrible, just not their best effort.
The crew were fast and nice enough and the dining room was above average in terms of cleanliness.
Value continues to suffer as inflation, fuel costs and tariff's raise prices on everything.“
“I had multiple orders and everything I ordered was done correctly. It was the lunch hour as well and I was amazed at how fast I got through the drive through. The gal at the window was so sweet and even gave me a drink holder. All of our food was hot and delicious. There is a ton of road construction on that stretch of Academy but I was able to easily enter and exit this location.“
“There is a worker named Dylan we had a couple of times when we went into the restaurant. He was sweet, kind, and helpful. Always with a smile on his face. Even remembered what we had ordered before. Everything was correct and even when our food was ready he brought it to us(definitely helpful because I had kids & a baby in my arms). And when my favorite soda ran out he made sure to fix it right away. Definitely impressed by him.“
“The staff that was on shifted this evening we're the best Wendy's employees I have ever come across! They really made my daughter feel special by accommodating her strange request. She is a very picky eater and one cookie to crack, but they had her smiling from ear-to-ear! A great big thank you to those guys and hey Wendy's you should give them a raise! I'm very serious when I say they were the best employees of Wendy's that I've ever come across. What a wonderful surprise!“
“This Wendy's tackles lunch rush with confidence, efficiency and sensational customer service! I went on a Thursday and with Mom, we were impressed!
The chili was piping hot with lots of beef. Generous portions all around and well made food.
Customer service was helpful and attentive.
The restaurant was clean and organized.
Wendy's keep up the amazing work and even though I had nothing bad to say, there is always room to grow. Keep challenging yourselves and don't stop doing an awesome job, please.
