Wendy's in Colorado Springs

“Great team work! I came in to the indoor area to order. The person that was behind the register stepped back to take care of something really quickly. The other employees noticed I was waiting patiently and worked together to have my order taken by probably the manager or such. They didn't make me feel like I was an issue for being there to order at that time. They handled everything really professionally, and I think the manager person did a quick run through of what to do in similar situations. Great overall work together that helps build good customer service. Thanks!“

“This store has never given me any issues. Mike today provided great service, and usually there is a very nice woman as well! Our food was hot and prepared well. Not a fan of the new sauces though, the old sweet and sour was a little better. I also was hoping the new Wendy's sauce would be as good as the original one back in the day... It's not, but that's okay! Ranch and barbecue are always great!“

“Cheyenne was a very pleasant young lady. I could tell that she enjoys her job. I've had several bad experiences at the 3704 N. Academy, so I tried this location (1245 N. Academy). This will be my new go-to Wendy's. It is important to give shout outs to exceptional employees, so I hope the managers share this with Cheyenne.“

“Ive been getting a jr cheeseburger combo for more than 15 years. No problem. Until now. They act like it doesn't exist. And cannot figure out how to ring it up. Its aggravating. I know its not that complicated. Otherwise I wouldn't of been able to get it previously. The staff lacks the skills to do the job correctly.“

“To be fair this is about a 3.5 stars for food, it just wasn't the best Wendy's burger I've ever had. The patty was a bit dry, although toppings were fresh and crispy. The bun was also a bit stale and the fries seemed like they had bene sitting for awhile. Not terrible, just not their best effort.

The crew were fast and nice enough and the dining room was above average in terms of cleanliness.

Value continues to suffer as inflation, fuel costs and tariff's raise prices on everything.“

“The employees here absolutely made my daughter's night! I wish I had gotten their names to give them props. We rushed in so she could use the bathroom and I promised her a frosty. We left with food as well and the fries were some of the best I've had in a while! Thank you for being so warm and welcoming to my little girl. She keeps asking to go back so I'm sure we will be back!“

“Probably the best experience at Wendy's I've ever had. Service was phenomenal. The only thing that kept us from giving five stars was the seating wasn't exactly comfortable and it looked more like a coffee shop than a restaurant“

“Came here for the spongebob promotion and left a little disappointed. The advertising was misleading, it was just a wendys burger with thousand island sauce.

The food wasn't bad, we do like wendys burgers and fries. The pineapple frosty was good! They just added pineapple sauce to the vanilla frosty. They should do that with more flavors more often! The meat was cooked perfectly and fries super crisp!

The place seemed to be overwhelmed with how busy they were and didn't plan accordingly but the service was still amazing! Even though they were busy they were so kind. There were 5 of us each wanting something diffrent to our meal. They didn't make a single mistake!

Overall the food tasted great! We just wanted more out if this collaboration and we can't fault this location for that. I'd recommend coming here!“

“I had multiple orders and everything I ordered was done correctly. It was the lunch hour as well and I was amazed at how fast I got through the drive through. The gal at the window was so sweet and even gave me a drink holder. All of our food was hot and delicious. There is a ton of road construction on that stretch of Academy but I was able to easily enter and exit this location.“

“There is a worker named Dylan we had a couple of times when we went into the restaurant. He was sweet, kind, and helpful. Always with a smile on his face. Even remembered what we had ordered before. Everything was correct and even when our food was ready he brought it to us(definitely helpful because I had kids & a baby in my arms). And when my favorite soda ran out he made sure to fix it right away. Definitely impressed by him.“

“The staff that was on shifted this evening we're the best Wendy's employees I have ever come across! They really made my daughter feel special by accommodating her strange request. She is a very picky eater and one cookie to crack, but they had her smiling from ear-to-ear! A great big thank you to those guys and hey Wendy's you should give them a raise! I'm very serious when I say they were the best employees of Wendy's that I've ever come across. What a wonderful surprise!“
