Wendy's in Arvada

“The workers were super sweet and understanding, they made the food quickly. It still tasted good and it was fresh! 😋- it's very tasty and the staff were the best! Usually when u go to fast food restaurants some staff are moody but not these, they are the kindest people ever!“

“This is probably the best Wendy's I've been too. The food was hot and delicious. Lots of people in the lobby. The entire staff were super friendly and Brianna at the counter even came out to check how the food was, i don't believe that she was a manager either. Little things like that, even at a fast food resteraunt, makes everyone's day better. Thank you for a wonderful experience.“

“Oscar deserves recognition for attempting to fix our order. We were waiting on a mobile order that was never made and we waited thru a rush. Oscar noticed us and quickly made our order on the fly after noticing the ticket sitting on the counter. When managers returned to the line, they saw him making the order and told him that the order was already sent out. Oscar deserves recognition because the managers were not paying attention and instead were making comments about people's orders on the screen. I understand tickets get lost in the rush but waitn on nuggets, a double stack, and a free french fries (this was not included and in no way not Oscars fault) while watching a whole line of cars being served and other mobile orders come and go, it was a bummer. Its upsetting because this location is usually so fast and accurate with our orders in the past. Oscar saved the day.“

“Corporate was there and we were asked to do a survey, however it didn't print well enough on the receipt to scan the qr code. I figured a real review might be better. The food was fast, fresh, and everything was accounted for. We were very satisfied with the customer service and everything tasted great. Definitely will be coming back to this location. (Forgot to mention I always do mobile orders. Its way easier than dealing with the AI menu)“

“LJ, Ladia, and Tessa delivered outstanding customer service tonight! My kids were absolutely starving, and I noticed there were only 10 minutes left before closing. I felt bad walking in so close to the end of the shift—but from the moment we arrived, they greeted us with genuine smiles and warm energy that made us feel truly welcome, not like a last-minute hassle.

As someone who works in operations management, I know how rare it is to find a team that balances efficiency with hospitality this well—especially at the end of a long day. You’ve got a fantastic crew here, and it absolutely shows!“
