“This is probably the best Wendy's I've been too. The food was hot and delicious. Lots of people in the lobby. The entire staff were super friendly and Brianna at the counter even came out to check how the food was, i don't believe that she was a manager either. Little things like that, even at a fast food resteraunt, makes everyone's day better. Thank you for a wonderful experience.“
“BRING BACK REAL TEA!! No longer serving real brewed tea :( one of the only places outside the South you can get one now gone. Gold Peak is a good brand in the bottles but this is a major disappointment bc it tastes gross from the fountain no matter how you mix it.
Other menu changes are exciting though 😋“
“Corporate was there and we were asked to do a survey, however it didn't print well enough on the receipt to scan the qr code. I figured a real review might be better. The food was fast, fresh, and everything was accounted for. We were very satisfied with the customer service and everything tasted great. Definitely will be coming back to this location. (Forgot to mention I always do mobile orders. Its way easier than dealing with the AI menu)“
“LJ, Ladia, and Tessa delivered outstanding customer service tonight! My kids were absolutely starving, and I noticed there were only 10 minutes left before closing. I felt bad walking in so close to the end of the shift—but from the moment we arrived, they greeted us with genuine smiles and warm energy that made us feel truly welcome, not like a last-minute hassle.
As someone who works in operations management, I know how rare it is to find a team that balances efficiency with hospitality this well—especially at the end of a long day. You’ve got a fantastic crew here, and it absolutely shows!“
“If I find my $5 I'm going to splurge here I didn't have any food last visit and they treated me like a human they ---what did she say on the exit she said to have a good day and when I entered I believe I was asked how things were going and I don't remember my response hopefully I was nice and polite. Sometimes I forget my manners so I need to let others slide when they don't but I give this place five stars for treating me like a human today. The restroom was not past locked I used the restroom and that was it for this visit hopefully their food hasn't gone downhill. I do generally go to McDonald's because it's cheaper but I often regret that decision. I don't think I've ever gotten sick after eating at Wendy's.“
