Wendy's in Longmont

“I stop at Wendy's about twice a month when I need my fry and lemonade fix. The service is fast and the fries are always hot and fresh. Recently I had embarrassingly forgotten my wallet after I'd already ordered. The drive thru was pretty busy but they still took the time to help me try to figure out payment on my phone (I'm old🤷🏻‍♀️). They were all so kind and understanding and didn't treat me like I was a problem, that meant a lot to me. I'd like to thank them by name, but with all the confusion I didn't get any of them. It was on April 22nd at about 11:30 a.m so, if you were working the drive-thru that day, I hope this reaches you and you know that you are appreciated! Thank you for your kindness!“

“I can only talk about my experience, but I was very surprised at how the food was at this place! I'm in town visiting family. They go here a lot so I am sure they appreciate this place as well.

I ordered the Dave's Double Meal. I'm disabled and can't stand very long, so my sister did the actual ordering for me. It was busy but we got our food in a good time. When I opened the paper around my burger, I was floored at how large the sandwich really was. They could have taken a picture of it for advertising (I should have, but I was hungry😆). Most burger places hand you your sandwich squished into nothingness. But this definitely wasn't. And it tasted really good. I was making a mess eating it. You guys did a great job and I was very happy. Thank you!“

“This place is amazing and you can clearly see why! I had the pleasure of being attended by the store manager Graciela. You can really tell she cares about her staff and her customers! I noticed she always has a beautiful smile on and goes above and beyond to make sure the team provides the best customer service to anyone that walks through those doors! Great job Graciela and team! I always can rely coming here knowing that I am treated like family.“
