I want to give Julia a shout out, every time I go through this drive through she brightens my day. From the moment I hear her voice on the speaker till the moment I move to the next window she is making me smile. Best customer service I have experienced in years! Seems to be a problem with a lot of the employees of this franchisee not wearing any name tags.
Including the ones wearing the manager outfits.
Also being of Hispanic descent myself it's always nice to employ in a diverse way, but when you're catering to a market with predominantly English speaking people you should make sure that you're employing enough fluent English speaking people to provide good service to the majority of your customers.
