“Pretty rare that I give a fast food place 5 out of 5 stars.
This is the first time in a Very long time (Years, just fast food places in general) that they got my order 100 percent correct. I added a side of dipping sauce, added sauce to my sandwhich, and switched the small drink to a medium, all through the app. They got it all correct! Everything was hot and fresh. Served with excellent customer service! The only thing, was my iced coffee tasted a bit off...“
“We went through the drive-thru so the atmosphere was not really evaluated. The spicy nuggets were moist and delicious. The fries crispy with soft hot middle. 🔥 The unsweet tea was not bitter. Overall a wonderful experience. The staff was happy and prompt.“
“Wow, completely amazing customer service here, amazingly willing to work with malfunctioning equipment to save customer experience. These fine folks helped us with an entire malfunction and where kind and understanding the whole time. Wendy's has been my personal favorite for the longest time very glad this location is close and capable.“
“Thanks to the amazing crew at the I25 & Highway 7 Wendys. We stopped for a snack on our way north tonight (110825) after celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday in Denver. I asked if they could throw a birthday candle in her burger because I am romantic like that. The young woman at the window told me she didn’t have any but proceeded to gather the rest of the crew around and all sang her happy birthday. It was awesome! Thanks folks.“
