“My boyfriend and I came here after groceries to dine in and despite them being short staffed the employees were fast and very kind, first Wendy’s where I want to come back, food was also delicious and fresh despite us coming in late. These employees are amazing.“
“The restaurant was clean and tables and seats were kept up. Much better than some places when you walk in and have to clean the table and chairs yourself. When you have to clean your own table, places should offer the employee discount hahahaha. Food was hot and fresh and our order was quickly delivered. The coupons we used in our weekly flier ad had some good deals.“

“I was Overcharged $10.35 at a different location. That manager said because I paid with a card she couldn't help me but my receipt had the correct amount and the bank will charge me the correct amount tomorrow which doesn't make sense. She refused to take my name, to give me her name or the name of anyone with Wendy's. Another employee also refused to give me any information. I went to the Mississippi/Chambers location. Knowing they couldn't help me I just needed someone to listen to me as I explained the situation. Christian was understanding and listened patiently as I broke down in tears. I wanted to get clarification on Wendy's credit card process. She called John the GM over. I explained what happened. John immediately noticed that someone else paid for my order so I apparently paid for someone else's more expensive order. John gave me the other Wendy's manager's name. It was on my receipt. John then gave me the difference of what I was overcharged. Something I totally didn't expect. He said he did it because it was the right thing to do even though it was a different store. He is going to pass along to the appropriate people what happened at the other location. He went above and beyond! That other location is less than 1/2 a mile from home. From now on I'm going to John's location 3 miles away. It's worth it. His whole crew is friendly and caring. Customer service at its best. Thank you!“
