I don't get fast food very often but decided to try Wendy's. The food was good.
Some of the staff need training on the new shakes but all in all I had a good experience and EVERYONE working there was friendly.
I would like to especially give a shout out to Austin.
When i walked in i thought he was the manager with the way he was running the place and carrying himself.
Austin also helped me jump start my car when my son, dog and I were stuck in the parking...read full review

Wendy's is a fast food restaurant that offers good food, but sometimes the items are not available. The staff are friendly and helpful, remembering previous orders and going out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Customer service thru the drive-through is great, with polite employees who greet you and do an upsell of an item. While the food is not extraordinary, it is consistent and good, making Wendy's a reliable option for those who enjoy fast food. The food is hot and tastes fresh, and there are great sales through the app, as well as plenty of parking. However, sometimes they close early and order issues can occur. Decent service is provided, often with young new hires being trained.
