Nice enough staff. The problem is most days there is only 1 person. This last visit the poor girl was by herself and new. Totally clueless which is understandable because she is new. Who leaves a brand new employee scheduled alone ? It was definitely not freaky fast. Maybe freaky incompetent....

Went in and was told they were currently out of turkey. Asked if I could substitute a different kind of meat on the same sub I originally wanted and was told it would be an extra charge. Now I was in serious shock. Manager said she had been substituting other meats for turkey free of charge and was told by owner that she was not allowed to do that.
