“Fantastic experience with the crew and a clean restaurant including the patio area. Their manager brought us our food directly because they were having problems with their pagers and we were unaware. He even offered to remake our food if it had gotten too cold.“
“I travel and am here 4-6x throughout the year. This Panera is great, everyone that works there has always been so pleasant and helpful. If I have had an issue, it has been rectified right away and they communicated to me their apologies. Today, Hayden, Josh, and the other fella on the line assisted me with my questions and were honestly all around pleasant while there and the friendly chit chat while waiting was enjoyed.“
“I’ve been coming here weekly since March and this is the first time I’ve seen it so clean from the entrance to the tables and counters. And the young lady working the counter was actively cleaning between customers. She was super friendly and very well put together. Love this. We will continue to come in weekly same 7pm hope it stays this way“
“The cashier that works the night shifts, SOPHIE is literally an angel! She is so sweet, patient, up beat, and was putting some serious elbow grease into cleaning up behind the counter. In between each customer she was right back to scrubbing and organizing. I'm completely impressed by this amazing customer service! Do whatever you have to do to KEEP SOPHIE 🫶🏾“
“I went to the Panera off of Briargate earlier this morning to study and there was not one outlet in sight. I guess the owners took them out because of business owners coming in and hogging them. Either way, not fun for me and my dead laptop so I came to the Panera off of Dublin, to say the least they made a world of a difference. Outlets galore for one, very courteous service for two, and overall a 10/10 vibe.“

I ordered no salt or pepper on sandwich. Child has allergies to black pepper
No utilities came in the bag for salad and was missing one of the baguettes“
