“I am so incredibly impressed by, and grateful for, this Panera location. Especially Nick! I ordered catering for a work event, but I made a big mistake — and Nick helped me correct it, but he had to cancel the old order and put in every single new order (26 box lunches!) himself, which must have been so time consuming for him. He was so kind about it and he even got everything correct (no small feat since there were several accommodations!) Then he delivered the food himself and was on time. The name of everyone’s order was written on the box lunches with sharpie, making it so easy to tell who got what. I have never been more impressed with a catering experience and I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you, Nick and thank you, Panera!!“

“We love our Sip Club membership!We've been traveling for three months through 15 states and have visited over four dozen Panera locations.We ordered in the app and our cups were ready when we walked in. We filled them with caffeinated deliciousness and were on our way.The staff greeted us upon entry and were very nice.The dining room was bright and clean.Onward to the next location.“
“So the service made the food taste good. The employees there are very alert and treat you very well. The food on the other hand was just ok. I had the vegetarian sandwich and the broccoli soup and it just didn't hit like I thought it would. I'll try again though.Vegetarian options: It has some vegetarian choices but they were mid.“
