The manager was very polite and friendly!
Today, I visited Panera for a quick coffee and breakfast sandwich. Both were served really hot and fresh. I dined in and easily found a clean table.
Food and service were fine but the actual restaurant is filthy. I went in today for a late lunch and there were plenty of staff that could have come out to, at minimum, wipe down tables. It wasn’t busy and the place desperately needs a cleaning.
