“My son briston loves burgers he would eat a hamburger for every meal if I let him . We decided to go to five guys and he loved everything of course his hamburger but the fresh cut fries were awesome . Very clean place friendly staff and the hamburger was perfect .“
“The reviews from the previous BOGO deal from 9/16 to 9/19 are really gross and entitled. I ordered pick up on the 16th as well as the 17th and experienced nothing short of witnessing staff work their HARDEST and management was extremely kind. All of these reviews are from lazy people who expected to take advantage of a promo and for the burgers to magically make themselves. Both nights i ordered at the peak of dinner between 6-7pm. BOTH nights, i watched the staff pump out easily 5+ burgers in less than 5 minutes, while also watching their order printer print well over 50 tickets. The manager both nights i went was so wonderful and kind, she was uplifting the team and reminding them they’re doing a great job. I watched her handle a very difficult couple very professionally and remained friendly. When there are promotions such as a BOGO, I expect to wait with the knowledge of how busy it’s going to be. If you are not willing to wait while your food is being prepared as fast as they possibly can make it, please stay home and make your own food or go to McDonald’s. It is not easy to be in fast food and if you think you can do a better job, then go ahead and apply or kindly keep your rudeness to yourself.“

“Great hamburgers and fries normally. But today not so much. Been going here since it open and it's been my go to place.
But today, the hamburger did not taste very good and I ran out of meat before the bun. And the fries were why to salty for us. First time my sister had been the and she wasn't impressed. Im so sad.“
“Ordered ahead for pickup and everything was ready right on time. The order was correct, the food was fresh, and everything tasted great! We were also able to take advantage of a BOGO deal, which made it an even better value. Overall, a great experience and we’ll definitely order from here again.“
