Dunkin' Donuts in Colorado Springs

“I'm from New England, so I've been to A LOT of Dunkin's in my lifetime. The folks at the Dunkin are top notch. I pretty much see the same ladies every day. Even when busy, they are the nicest people. They hustle and get people taken care of, while still making sure orders are right. The building is always clean and inviting, but its really the staff that makes this place great. You have a great morning crew!“

“Dunkin really knew what they were doing with these bucket drinks because WHAT is even in these things and why are they so addictive 😂 I don’t know how many ounces are in one, but I do know I carried it around like emotional support iced coffee and drank every last drop like my life depended on it.

Somehow they managed to create the perfect balance of caffeine, sweetness, and pure happiness in a cup big enough to qualify as hydration for the day. The flavor was SO good from the very first sip all the way to the sad moment at the bottom when you realize it’s gone. No watered down weirdness, no regret, just pure iced coffee bliss.

Also can we talk about how fun these giant drinks are? There’s something hilarious and deeply satisfying about walking around holding what feels like a small bucket of coffee. It’s excessive in the best possible way and honestly made my whole day better. My teens thought it was funny, I was obsessed, and now I fully understand the hype.

The staff was quick, friendly, and somehow managed to hand me a drink large enough to survive a road trip, emotional breakdown, and Target run all at once. Dunkin absolutely won with this one. Every drop was heaven and I already want another.“

“Pretty clean and easy to get in and out of at this location. It's usually not very busy inside so you can get in and out in a decent amount of time. The prices of their specialty drinks are a little high in my opinion, but otherwise everything else is relatively okay priced. I would recommend this location.“

“Delicious, fresh, and large donuts. I got Old Fashioned and Maple Glazed. Paid $4.25 for those two donuts (including a tip). The lady helping me was so friendly. There was no wait, and the store was clean and nice. Great experience! I'll be back. P.S. No photos of donuts as I ate them too fast 🤪“

“Idk, I gave it a 5 overall just to boost their score because they are certainly better than the 2.8 they have. The hashbrowns were not crispy and seemed greasier than they should be, but other than that I have not too much to complain about.“

“Asked for less ice, ice was almost non existent. Ice was melted as I walked into the store I was going to. Tried not asking for less ice and still there wasn't enough. I dont understand, the cup literally tells you where to fill it. I was on vacation and the Dunkin by my house I've never had an ice issue with them... the coffee was good, but not very cold.“

“I have been visiting and shopping at Dunkin for many years. The team members are very nice to me and are very professional. The bakery is very clean. I enjoy buying the sprinkled donuts and coffee. However lately I noticed there are very few sprinkles on the displayed donuts. If the donuts are advertised as sprinkled you would expect the whole donut covered with sprinkles. Quality control should be applied.“
