“So yesterday I had a big order with food and drinks. Nikita was very nice in the drive thru. She is new and she wanted to make sure she got the order completely correct. She was a bit slow but I didn't care because she was trying so hard to make sure things were correct and she heard me right. So....5 stars for determination! My order was made correct, and like I said it was a big one. She was friendly at the window and professional!I came back today, and had Brigit. She was very efficient, friendly, and professional as well. Whatever this DD is doing....they are doing it right! Super impressed!Update November 2023:Honestly, THE cleanest DD I have ever been to. Ever! Spotless! Including the bathrooms. So so cheerfully decorated. Plenty of staff, fast and friendly service, and order made correctly. I was so impressed with how clean this DD was that I sat inside and drank my coffee and relaxed! FANTASTIC experience!“
“They didn't have much selection of donuts, and it was only 8:15 in the morning. I found a couple that I liked and ordered a large latte. A vanilla latte. I think they forgot the vanilla but I didn't figure it out until I was on the highway. Not the nicest Dunkin' I've been in.“

The server was talking loudly to other workers instead of focusing on her customers.The prices seemed pretty reasonable and I wasn't prompted to leave a tip.Getting to the store from Interquest isn't all that convenient, even though it's highly visible.“
“What an absolutely wonderful experience at this location!!! It is under new management and the GM Angelo is great! He made sure my order was made correct and was very friendly! In fact, all of the employees- including Penny and Danielle- were friendly, efficient, and it was clear that they work hard because the place, including the bathroom, was SPOTLESS!! I stopped here to pick up donuts for the volunteers at Crossfire Ministries as a thank you! I was a bit sad that they didn't have any Xmas style donuts, but they did have plenty of sprinkle donuts. The dining room was so cheerfully decorated for the holiday and everything was very organized! Extremely impressed! Definitely will come to this location again when in town!“
“I came on a day where a few things were going wrong for the location (donuts hadn't arrived that morning, gate hadn't been unlocked, etc). The staff though, specifically Taylanna, were so kind and accommodating during a busy rush. Taylanna never once lost the smile on her face as she helped customer after customer. It's the best customer service I've received at Dunkin Donuts. I hope that the company knows what a valuable employee they have!!“

“I remember this place during my 10 years in the Springs area until I was assigned to Denver M.E.P.S. (Military Entry Processing Station) in 2000 retired in 2006 from Fort Carson. During my time in the Springs I normally visited this store as it was owned by an American man and Korean lady that I assumed were married both worked hard everyday making donuts and serving coffee with a smile. On Sundays this place was packed with old fogies after church and shooting the breeze with coffee in hand. Many pleasant memories here. I noticed from current pictures this location went thru some renovations and the stools were removed which is sad. :(Vegetarian options: Not many options for vegans.Dietary restrictions: Ain't none, everything is so good and unhealthy. Lol.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the donuts.Wheelchair accessibility: Not easy to navigate inside the store.“
