“I have been going to the Plaza Deli for years - breakfast and/or lunch. I have never been disappointed! Their chicken quesadillas (Tues.), green chili burritos (Thurs.), Chicken Tortilla soup, California croissants, cheeseburgers - are all excellent! Very impressed with this deli! Almost forgot to mention - their breakfast burritos are the best!!“
“Absolutely the best ham ever! Best service and very nice people! Went in today and what I had reserved wasn't available but the manager upgraded me for free. I am so thankful and very appreciative for how this was handled. I will continue to refer everyone I know to Honey Baked Ham!! Thank you again!!“
“The restaurant seating area is clean and well lit and smells good. I like the enormous banks of windows surrounding the dining area seating.Music plays softly in the background; I appreciate the relative quiet. Sound-deadening ceiling panels help with that.I ordered a glass of tap washer and a 10” calzone with 2 “toppings” and paid the cashier, and we sat ourselves down near a window overlooking the heights of Austin Bluffs and Pulpit Rock about 2 miles east of here. The calzone and the stuff inside was good. I still prefer the crust from my adolescent favorite calzone/pizza place in West Babylon on Long Island in New York. But this is good enough to come back.“
“Coming from New York- this place is comforting to me. It reminds me home, and it tastes pretty good. I got the matzo ball soup and my husband got the BEC on a bagel. It was a good bagel! The soup has a massive hall they split in quarters. I wish it had bits of chicken like my aunt makes- but it it was still delicious. The service was super friendly- and helped with the baby. Refilled water promptly. The ambiance was normal, relaxing..comfortable. We could fit our stroller and a high chair. When in the Springs I'll be sure to come back!“
“If you're looking for an authentic German deli then look no further. Their German bologna is sooo good. The lady working there was incredibly helpful in explaining the difference between each meat and got me the one I remembered. Good as I remembered. Please give it a chance.“
“Very good sandwiches inculding bagel and lox and cheese. But I had to go to the pizza place next door to get a slice of cheese cake.Nice outdoor seating in front of the store. Just wish it were more deli like, and I could get an authentic hot pastrami or Reubens sandwich.Well, for that, I guess you'll have to find a Al-V's sandwich shop for that or an authentic Jewidh delicatessen.“
“Cute little deli. Seems like a local favorite based on the traffic we saw while dining in. Prices were reasonable, but on the high end of reasonable. The cashier was friendly and patient with my questions and requests for recommendations. The food arrived in reasonable time. I had the pikes peak dip. The meat, cheese and au jus were nice, but the bread was a little too soft for good dipping. I think this same bread could work if it were tasted longer. I ended up putting a bit of cole slaw on my sandwich to add a bit of texture. The cole slaw was everything you'd expect cole slaw to be. There was also a cute little soda station with a less recognizable brand and fun flavors like cherry lime. We also got some of the cranberry and blueberry lemon breads. They were tasty and cake like.“
