We ordered in the restaurant from the counter to go and paid cash. When we were handed our stapled bag there were even pen parks indicating that someone had checked the order however half the order was missing. We were too far away to go back. When I called the restaurant no one picked up at the location.

Second time in a row I’ve hit the “no parmesan” button and it’s come like this.. COVERED in parmesan. I apparently need to check the bag now before leaving to make sure this direction wasn’t missed. Really frustrating!Giving 4 stars though since normally they’re good and I don’t wanna misrepresent our overall experience here (it’s a go to spot!). But yea, really disappointed that I’m going to have to spend the next 10 minutes METICULOUSLY PEELING OFF CHEESE....read full review

My husband and I came in about 10 minutes before closing on a very cold night and felt really bad about coming in so close to closing time but we were kindly greeted by Brenda and helped right away. She was so sweet and kind and went above and beyond for us! We really appreciated her service and the other workers making our meals after already having cleaned. We have always had a great experience with this location and Brenda is especially wonderful!
