Second time they didn't include an entire meal in the delivery. This time it was the kids meal. They are unable to deliver the missing meal and instead only offer to comp the meal and offered to write our name down on a list for a free meal during our next in store visit. We really want to like this delivery option but the accuracy of the delivery orders is only getting worse.

We come here pretty often and usually the service is ok. Please note I work in the restaurant industry and understand things happen. However tonight was just absolutely terrible. We arrived 10 mins before rush hour and we got our food last. We received our food 45 mins later as there were multiple mistakes. First, they gave our food to the wrong people. When they brought our food they brought it out with no protein even though we had paid for extra protein, the food was extremely cold and so I mentioned it to the employee and no solution was offered. A simple warming of the food could of done it. Since there was no solutions offered and employees didn’t seem to care we took our food home to heat up and eat.

We ordered in the restaurant from the counter to go and paid cash. When we were handed our stapled bag there were even pen parks indicating that someone had checked the order however half the order was missing. We were too far away to go back. When I called the restaurant no one picked up at the location.

Second time in a row I’ve hit the “no parmesan” button and it’s come like this.. COVERED in parmesan. I apparently need to check the bag now before leaving to make sure this direction wasn’t missed. Really frustrating!Giving 4 stars though since normally they’re good and I don’t wanna misrepresent our overall experience here (it’s a go to spot!). But yea, really disappointed that I’m going to have to spend the next 10 minutes METICULOUSLY PEELING OFF CHEESE. ?
My husband and I came in about 10 minutes before closing on a very cold night and felt really bad about coming in so close to closing time but we were kindly greeted by Brenda and helped right away. She was so sweet and kind and went above and beyond for us! We really appreciated her service and the other workers making our meals after already having cleaned. We have always had a great experience with this location and Brenda is especially wonderful!

Our order is wrong absolutely every time. I’m not sure why I continue to throw money at this place. It’s not that hard to read an order and make the adjustments requested. If I ask for something to not be included, don’t include it. I couldn’t even eat my food and only discovered it when I got back home. It could be really important if there is a food allergy. I leave feedback with the restaurant specifically and never hear back, never get offered a refund. This was my last time ordering tonight.

Went in this afternoon to redeem my birthday rewards. If you are a Rewards Member, you get 50% off an entree, but you do have to go in to redeem. Service was fast, and I didn't have to wait very long for my to-go order. Penne Rosa is one of my go-to dishes. The flavor wasn't as spicy as usual but still flavorful. I was also given a Rice Krispie as a birthday treat.
