We ordered three Gotta Have It sizes — Dubai Chocolate Devotion, Chocolate Devotion, and Mud Pie Mojo. Unfortunately, none of the cups were fully filled, and the mix-in portions were very small. The ingredients were also not mixed well or evenly throughout the ice cream.
The Dubai Chocolate Devotion was especially disappointing. There was very little pistachio/kataifi, so it basically tasted like regular Chocolate Ice cream. We love Cold Stone, but we expected better...read full review

Very professional service; Ice Cream cake was excellent!!
This ice cream shop went above and beyond. They made our cups of ice cream and my 4 year old promptly dropped hers on the floor. The young girl behind the counter remade it and brought it out to us. She also cleaned up the mess we made, and was pleasant in the face of our disaster. Thank you!

Cold Stone Creamery offers a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful outside seating under pine trees. The ice cream, including favorites like banana cream pudding and mint mint chocolate chip milkshake, is delicious. The service is amazing, with very friendly and attentive employees, even during busy times. Overall experience is worth it. The rewards program is a great way to enhance the experience. The place is kid-friendly with various flavors and sizes. A person may need help with the door for wheelchair accessibility. Prices can be steep. The manager Ben ensures great service and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied.
