I've eaten here twice in the same week. I tried the chicken teriyaki and build your own. The salads taste fresh and the large is very generous. I really like the dairy free selections and variety of toppings. I'll keep coming back for sure. yum!
I come to the Castle Rock Mad Greens almost every day, for good reason too. If you’re looking for healthy foods and a good staff to compliment the meal, this mad greens is the one. It’s my go to spot for lunch on the daily, and the portion sizes are satiating!

Architecture was bright and open, typical of quick order as you walk down the line restaurants.
For me, Heart and Seoul Steak Bowl and my mother in law, the Green Machine Wrap.
The steak bowl was good, plenty of everything but steak. My mother in law loved her wrap.
