“I stopped by this MOD and was helped by Ellie and she was the sweetest! I was waiting in line and the customers in front of me were extremely rude to her and pilling an overly excessive amount of cheese and toppings onto their pizzas. They were impolite and unfriendly but she handled it well. I'm honestly baffled by these kinds of people, if you have nothing better to do than be rude to food service employees, you have a sad life. She helped me with my order quickly, and was very knowledgeable about the menu! The mega Mad Dog pizza I oredered was cooked perfectly and was done quickly! The store was clean and cozy. And just impressed with the resilience of the employees at this store! There's some terrible customers out there, kudos to her for being the better person“

“I have had many orders here and they are inconsistent at best. Sometimes the crust seems old. My last visit our pizza crust was so thin that it burned but the rest wasn’t even cooked.Now all that being this time our pizza was perfect. They cooked beautifully and tasted great. If this is the new normal we will be back.“

I'm glad we did. The pizza was very good, lots of topping, no skimping. I did a walk-in pick up not delivery, and everyone was smiling, friendly and good service. I can't comment on delivery, but as to picking up our order, they won us back.“

“This was my first time trying Jet’s and it might be my new favorite fast food pizza place in Castle Rock — when I want to spend a lot of money on pizza. We ordered an 8-corner Detroit style deep dish pizza, a hand tossed pizza, cheesy breadsticks, a bottle of ranch, a bottle of Cajun ranch, and a 2-liter of Coke and it was $70 for carry-out. $20+ for a one topping pizza on the small size and $2-3 per topping for extra toppings is a little excessive to me. That being said, we have no complaints about the food. The pizza is amazing, the crust is crispy and light at the same time. The breadsticks might be the best fast food breadsticks I’ve ever had. The different ranch dressings were extremely good as well. My wife had been telling me about Jet’s for years and is so excited that we have one in CR now. Is it expensive? I think so. But you do get what you pay for. I feel like Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, and Dominoes have gone so far downhill lately that every time I order from one of them, I’m disappointed. So yeah, if I want to save money I can order something that tastes like the box it comes in and waste my money, or I can pay extra and excitedly say, with a mouthful of amazing food, “THIS is how fast food pizza is supposed to taste!” One other point worth mentioning in case management pays attention to reviews is, get an order tracker that updates your estimated time when to pick it up. We ordered at 6:30 on a Friday night and the carryout estimated time was 45 minutes, which was fine. It’s the first Friday night after school starting and for a relatively new business in town, the wait is what I expected. However, that’s all I got. I placed the order online, the estimated wait time was 45 minutes, and I never received any updates or changes via email or text. I showed up at 7:15 and when I gave the young gentleman behind the counter my name, his response was, “Wow! This has been ready for a while!” as he reached into the warming oven to collect my food. I don’t know how long “a while” is, but a tracker letting us know the progress or updated completion time would be helpful. Is it a deal breaker? No. It’s a first world problem and I’m spoiled. I understand that. But, it would be nice. That and the prices are what kept this being a 5 star review. Who knows, maybe I’ll bump it up in the future after I’ve gone back a few more times…“

I just wanted to share a really wonderful experience I had with a guy from Domino’s in Castle Rock, Colorado. His name was Ramaj, and honestly, he did such an excellent job that I really felt like I needed to let someone know. He was so thoughtful, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making everything perfect. I think he definitely deserves a shot at a manager role or some kind of promotion because he really stands out.“
