I frequent Bucket List Tavern / Dougs diner often, because it is always a warm and welcoming atmosphere plus the creative dishes made by Virginia are Exceptional. Also the addition of Dougs diner menu and breakfast makes this the go to restaurant in Castle Rock. If you just want to relax and have a Guinness it is also the best pub vibe around. “I dine at Bucket List Tavern quite often, and everything is always exceptional. From the owner, Joel, to the bartenders, Tiffany and Chad, the service is impeccable. The food is incredible, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you haven’t been yet, definitely check them out!”
This is my current favorite spot in Castle Rock. The food is delicious, the service is great, and the happy hour is an awesome deal. I’m so glad there’s some new and different cuisine in this town and that it’s done so well. Also they have the best wings in town, hands down!
