“Esteban was our waiter and we felt welcomed, on the spot for our service, always asking if we needed anything, and I feel Esteban was an exceptional waiter.
The view we had was beautiful-the mountains.
The food was delicious -stuffed sopapillas, fish tacos, Chile rellenos, chicken tortilla soup....they were each delicious. I personally do not like green Chile but the other 3 I came with went on and on about the sauce that it was wonderful.
We will be back! ( We were at the Castle Rock location and plenty of parking!)”

“Just visited this amazing coffee shop yesterday. It was full of love happiness and Christ was present. It was so refreshing and nice to be at such a Christian establishment. “Just finished an incredible meal at The Perfect Time Cafe in Parker. Our first time there, but we'll definitely go back. The food was delicious, the service fast and efficient and the staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. AND I had the most delightful vanilla cappuccino with foam at the least a 1/2 high. Beautiful to look at and my tastebuds are still thanking me. Definitely will be back!!!”

“Pro's: 1. Fast service from ordering online, our fresh pie and (mildly) hot wings finished when quoted. 2. The hot wings were freshly made with a surprisingly ? perfect spice if you have any acid reflex (you should be able to handle it just fine). 3. Fast and friendly service up until ppu when I already had paid online...then see below. 4. Absolutely delightful pizza pie, there's was no grease. 5 stars for taste. I wish they offered an extra large and more chewy center pie. It was ? delicious! Con's: 1. It would have been 5 stars if the cashier hadn't looked at me with judgment on what I tipped. It really down graded my experience since I was a first time customer here. Idk if I should bother returning if it's just greed looking at the numbers. It was disrespectful.”

“What a great local coffee shop! I had the pleasure of meeting Dan when I stopped in looking for fresh espresso beans for my new espresso machine. I told him I was completely new to making espresso at home, and he could not have been more helpful or welcoming.

Dan recommended the Catalyst and even poured me a double shot so I could taste it before buying a bag. It was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to talk with me, answer my questions, and when I asked about grind size, he even ground a small sample for me so I would have something to compare against when setting up my own grinder at home.

I kept that little cup of grounds, and it made my kitchen smell amazing! It was such a thoughtful and generous thing to do.

I have been enjoying the Catalyst at home and absolutely love it. More than anything, I appreciated how kind, patient, and genuinely pleasant Dan was. This is exactly the kind of local business I love supporting.
