“We're visiting extended family at Monument Lake. Rosie's diner is an exceptional hometown dining place. The breakfast burrito that you see was enormous, the vegetable plate I'm told was excellent and the classic egg breakfast was excellent! Isabel was our server and she is quite a character as you can see. Check this place out!”

“What a cute shop! We've been coming to Palmer Lake for years to a restaurant a couple blocks North of here for years and never knew about this place and I've seriously been missing out. Gotta sweet fix... this is your stop!!! Ice cream, fudge, truffles, old time candies they have everything. So many people had sandwiches as well and if you check out their menu you cannot beat these prices! Also not that a single scoop is a lie, be prepared for like 3! And seriously who has peppermint ice-cream in stock in the summer?! The staff is super friendly and I cannot wait to go back.”

The hot wings were freshly made with a surprisingly ? perfect spice if you have any acid reflex (you should be able to handle it just fine). 3. Fast and friendly service up until ppu when I already had paid online...then see below. 4. Absolutely delightful pizza pie, there's was no grease. 5 stars for taste. I wish they offered an extra large and more chewy center pie. It was ? delicious! Con's: 1. It would have been 5 stars if the cashier hadn't looked at me with judgment on what I tipped. It really down graded my experience since I was a first time customer here. Idk if I should bother returning if it's just greed looking at the numbers. It was disrespectful.”

Mt husband recommends the red tacos & i loved their briia nachos 😋 they were the bomb! Also it's bigger than El Mason which was there before Chapala. Because they lease the building next door as well. My family & I are really impressed with the place. FYI it is authentic jalisco food & they get busy around 5pm. Best Mexican food I've had in Castlerock! Hands down!”
