The Chinese chicken salad is one of my perennial lunch favorites. It was so nice to be able to pop in for lunch during the week. My server was excellent. She was personable, prompt, and professional. And these days, a smile and an expression of a genuine desire to do well go an extremely long way. Please give my server a raise.
My daughter and I have visited Nordstrom Grille many times over the years. My daughter's favorite dish is the French Dip sandwich. Normally it is delicious and perfect. This time all of the meat was dried out like jerky and about half the normal serving. Very disappointing! However, after discussing this with our lovely server, a new sandwich appeared soon after and was the quality we have come to expect. Thank you for your great service. We plan on another lunch in the future.
Food was great as usual. Only hiccup was I was dining alone and reserved a high top which when I arrived was not available so they sat me at the bar. Bar is not ideal for me as the seats are crowded and you end up elbow to elbow with strangers. Was looking to dine solo.

The Grill is a hidden oasis in a frantic busy suburban mall, with consistently delicious food, including the best French dip and tasty, generous wine pours. The staff are always gracious and attentive.
