Server was less than enthusiastic to serve us with almost no one in the restaurant. For the price, food is not a great value. It's definitely gone a bit down hill over the years.

I really like the food here, and the mountain view if sitting in a booth by the windows is pretty. The hostess was very friendly and sincere. Our server was only so-so. She didn't know the menu very well, and was not able to answer our questions. She wasn't rude, but she definitely was not friendly. She looked sick with red eyes, wearing a mask and looked like she would rather be anywhere else besides working. Still, my friend and I had a breakfast sandwich and the turkey avocado sandwich-both delicious. It was not crowded at 1130am, though I have been here when it was very crowded. Nice place for gal's lunch.

A very busy coffee shop inside Park Meadows Mall. Even when there is a line for the holidays the staff is friendly and does great job. I like the variety of hot and cold drinks, but my favorite thing is the lemon Ricotta cookie. These cookies are a soft fluffy cake consistency and the lemon flavor is so amazing. Nice treat! ?

Although the restaurant was crowded, they honored our reservation immediately and even honored the table request we had made online. One of their cocktails, the Smoke and Heat, was out of this world unique and delicious. The bartender graciously wrote down the recipe for me when I requested it. Our entrees were exceptional, especially the French Onion Soup. It was in a shallow but wide bowl so that the focus was on the toppings and not the broth. The only disappointment was our appetizer - the calamari. Also, our waitress coughed a lot which made us nervous. But the manager was very attentive and checked on us frequently.

The halibut is excellent that's really the reason we even go there just to get that again for lunch. It's the best. The people that work there are so fantastic everybody so friendly, nice and accommodating

My husband and I went to Park Meadows for Christmas shopping over Thanksgiving weekend and this was a perfect, quick stop that was timely, tasty, and a nice alternative to the fast food items in a food court. I had the tomato bisque and my husband had the french onion soup, and we shared the Brussels sprouts. It was the perfect amount of food, and was easy and speedy to serve. We were in and out within 30 minutes and got right back to shopping!

It was the worst service I ever had. It's a special place for my daughter and I and the waitress kept walking away when attempting to ask for ketchup, asking for water. She just seemed annoyed to help us . It was horrible. If I have this waitress again, I will ask to be moved.
I haven't been to the Nordstrom Grill for some time, I forget about it. But, we had a lovely booth by the mountain view, delicious salads and a great server, Vanessa. Look forward to returning.

We were surprised by the  attitude of the servers. They were inattentive to our table, at least, and when we asked another waiter to get our waiter, we were told "when she's done with another table".  The food was OK, but probably overpriced for what it was.

I usually have a great experience whenever I come here which is usually 2-3 times per month. Unfortunately two visits ago my client's steak on the steak salad was as tough as rubber and today the pasta Rosa was way over cooked and tearing apart when picking it up with a fork. It was so mushy. The flavors weren't very good either. My tried and true items that never disappoint are: French onion soup, crab bisque, turkey avocado club, burrata app! You can never fail with those! I really miss the old Brussels sprouts...new ones are a terrible replacement.

I loved our server and the food. However, we had two screaming toddlers that interrupted our lunch. It made for an annoying experience. I wish managers would politely step in and ask parents to remove those children so the rest us can enjoy our dining experience. More over, I wish parents would be more thoughtful and do it themselves so staff wouldn't have to step in. I removed my own children when they were small so people could have quiet enjoyment, but that isn't the world we live in today. Sigh.
