Well wtf? Your Ice cream bars sold in store, specifically strawberry shortcake, have been reduced in length by 2 inches, yet still charging the same price. When I unwrapped the product, i laughed because i thought this was a childs ice cream bar. Shrinkflation is real and you definitely did it to this part of the line. Disappointing bec you are an expensive brand of ice cream and if you're gonna gip a customer, just charge more instead shrinking the product. Bad vibes, man.
Seaport, Boston location. Staff MADE SURE I was picking the flavor that I really wanted. They wanted me to feel like a welcome tourist. Mission Accomplished.
