“y’all, if you’re looking for the highest quality experience in the least assuming place this is IT. after a marathon of a day my partner and i needed some calories and didn’t have the capacity for browsing restaurants and ended up here and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. leslie warmly welcomed our tired souls with good vibes and so kindly helped me with my decision paralysis and directed me to a reviving brisket sandwich and my partner got the carolina and some wings. chris helped us with our decisions, also went out of his way to may us feel warm and fuzzy and built our sandwiches. i was so satisfied i don’t even know what i ordered but it had an onion ring on it and it was literally heaven on a bun. literally if bbq was a religion this is where i would go to worship. if you want quick and absolutely gas food paired with over the top service that makes you feel instantly at home and gets you in and out as quick or slow as you’re hoping you should DEFINITELY hit this spot up. thanks for absolutely making our day we can’t wait to visit again ♥“

“My daughter ordered a dozen cookies for my husband’s birthday! She ordered 4 milk chocolate chip and the rest assorted. She had them deliver the dozen cookies to our house. She texted my husband once the driver arrived and said answer your door! The delivery guy said I’m supposed to say happy birthday from your daughter and happy birthday from me too! We had never heard of Crumbl cookies before but the cookies are Giant and Delicious! The service was Awesome and we appreciate the kindness delivered to our door!“

“I was in today and had a great experience with the staff — their customer service was excellent. While I was being helped, a woman named Stacy Clark came in loudly complaining about the phone ringing. She was incredibly rude to the young lady assisting me and acted as if she was entitled to treat employees however she wanted. Stacy Clark is a poor reflection of southern culture and should be embarrassed by her behavior. The employee, on the other hand, handled it with grace and professionalism, and I want to give credit where it’s due.“

“Crumbl Cookie Superior is a clean, inviting shop that keeps things fresh with new cookie flavors every week. Though a bit pricey ($10 for 3 mini cookies), the Pink Wedding Cake and Peanut Butter Ice Cream cookies were amazing. Definitely worth 5 stars!“

“I. Love. Häagen-Dazs. After the remodel this place looks spectacular. It definitely brings a whole new life to this food court. The service is nothing but amazing. Even on the days where I’m not at my best, a peppermint bark milkshake always cheers me up and so does the workers. At this point I should wire my bank account straight to here! The operation is quite lean as these tend to go, and I worry a little for the staff especially if there’s just one person doing it al. But they work hard and deserve massive kudos and management deserves a nice guttural booing.“

I wanted a SpongeBob-themed ice cream cake for my 34th birthday, even though I'm an adult, and she completely embraced the idea instead of making me feel silly. She was so accommodating, creative, and went above and beyond to make exactly what I had in mind.

The cake turned out even better than I imagined! I loved all the little details, especially the adorable Patrick on the side, the jellyfish, and SpongeBob himself. You can tell she put a lot of care into it, and it made my birthday feel extra special.

“Mici's is great. I recently had to call MIci's because I hadn't received my order and discovered that it was listed as delivered. I have mobility issues and couldn't go around the neighborhood to find it so the manager sent one of his employees to my house to find the order for me. They were pleasant, kind, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my order was taken care of. Mici's gave me such good customer service, and I am so thankful to have them in my neighborhood.“
